Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation for Mandarin-Indonesia conversations in business meetings, negotiations, and operational discussions
- Translate technical documents, contracts, emails, and training materials between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking suppliers/manufacturers and local teams
- Support cross-departmental collaboration by ensuring mutual understanding during presentations and training sessions
- Maintain terminology glossaries and translation memory for consistency across projects
- Assist in preparing bilingual materials for marketing, HR, and compliance purposes
- Ensure confidentiality and cultural sensitivity in all interpreted/translated content
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Mandarin Language, Translation Studies, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Advanced Indonesian language skills with professional certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in translation or interpretation in business/manufacturing contexts
- Familiarity with garment industry terminology and production processes
- Proficiency in CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and cultural awareness in cross-cultural communications
