Tanggung Jawab
- Provide real-time consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during technical meetings and operational briefings.
- Translate technical documents, blueprints, and operational procedures from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Act as a liaison between the technical support team and Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.
- Ensure accurate communication of safety protocols and engineering specifications.
- Assist in the translation of emails, reports, and correspondence to ensure seamless business operations.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication to prevent misunderstandings in a technical context.
- Attend site visits or factory tours to provide on-the-spot interpretation support when required.
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Support (as per job teaser).
- Excellent listening, retention, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical terminology accurately and professionally.
- Previous experience in interpretation, translation, or a similar customer support role.
- Professional certification or degree in Translation/Interpretation or Engineering.
- High level of professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced office environment.
