Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging Mandarin language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels
- Develop and implement culturally relevant lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Create interactive learning materials incorporating multimedia resources and cultural elements
- Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback to learners
- Collaborate with teaching team to enhance program effectiveness and student outcomes
- Participate in professional development workshops to refine pedagogical techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin with excellent pronunciation
- Minimum 2 years of formal Mandarin teaching experience
- Certification in language teaching (e.g., HSK teaching qualification) preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse age groups
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for effective student communication
- Creative teaching approach with ability to adapt to different learning styles
