Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for bridging cultural gaps and driving operational efficiency? We are looking for a dedicated Mandarin Personal Assistant to act as a vital communication link between our Indonesian and Chinese teams. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our cross-cultural collaboration, ensuring that operational goals are clear, documentation is precise, and communication flows seamlessly across borders.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, culturally sensitive, and capable of navigating complex communication requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with leadership to manage daily business activities, facilitate meetings, and translate essential business documentation.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Translate business-critical documentation, reports, and emails accurately from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
  • Provide comprehensive support during cross-cultural meetings, including real-time interpretation and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and daily administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure timelines are met and communication gaps are minimized.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and briefings for management regarding operational status.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sensitive corporate documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written, HSK 5+ preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, translation, or assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of professional business etiquette in both Indonesian and Chinese cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Willingness to work in Sragen, Jawa Tengah.
