Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mandarin-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of preschoolers.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess student progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively with parents.
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure the safety, well-being, and social-emotional development of all children.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum themes and enhance classroom resources.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Coordinate with the management team to organize school events, performances, and parent-teacher meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Excellent command of Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience working in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood developmental milestones.
- Creative, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for teaching.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with diverse groups of parents.
