Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans centered on Mandarin language acquisition and early childhood development.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and active participation.
- Observe and evaluate children’s developmental progress, providing regular feedback to parents and management.
- Integrate play-based learning techniques to make educational concepts relatable and fun for preschoolers.
- Foster positive relationships with families to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s educational journey.
- Manage classroom routines, including meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting (fresh graduates with a strong passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply).
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood pedagogical theories and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a high level of creativity in designing learning materials.
- Possess a valid teaching permit or willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
