Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate Mandarin curriculum for preschool-aged children.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's daily activities and developmental growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Utilize Kipinä learning principles to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom setup.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or near-native level).
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching Mandarin to young children is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid teaching certification (optional but advantageous).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
