About the Role
Lesso Technology Indonesia is looking for a professional and highly motivated Mandarin Purchasing Specialist to join our operations in Demak, Central Java. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our local production needs and our extensive network of Mandarin-speaking suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective and timely procurement of high-quality materials and equipment essential for our technological manufacturing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source potential suppliers in China and locally to meet production requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with Mandarin-speaking vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Translate technical specifications, contracts, and procurement documents between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English.
- Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, from initial requisition to final delivery and payment.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customs departments to ensure smooth importation of materials.
- Evaluate and audit supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and provide regular reports on spending and inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and price fluctuations in the global market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) is mandatory for communication with overseas stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiation and vendor management within a manufacturing or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Willingness to be based at our Demak facility in Central Java.
