We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Mandarin Speaker Assistant to join the dynamic team at PT. Huabao Food Technology Indonesia. In this key support role, you will work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in language translation and coordination will be essential in bridging gaps between management and various stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely translation services between Mandarin and English for documents, emails, and verbal communication.
- Assist the Factory Manager in coordinating daily production schedules and logistics.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking vendors, suppliers, and overseas partners.
- Prepare and organize meeting minutes, operational reports, and internal memos.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the management team.
- Support general factory operations by monitoring inventory needs and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Ensure clear communication channels are maintained across all departments.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency) and possess a good command of English.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in administrative support or a factory environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to work in an industrial setting located in Cikarang.
