Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Translate and interpret technical documentation, emails, and business meetings accurately.
- Facilitate cross-border business communications to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in China and other Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Provide support for administrative and accounting-related tasks as required by the department.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to leadership based on international industry reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all professional levels.
- High level of integrity, detail-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the stainless steel industry business processes.
- Fresh graduates with excellent language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in administration, supply chain, or accounting is a significant advantage for senior-level applicants.
