PT Halocoko Ice Cream Indonesia, a recognized brand in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is dedicated to producing premium ice cream products for the Indonesian market. We are seeking a talented Mandarin Speaker to enhance our operational efficiency by serving as the key communication bridge between our local workforce and Mandarin-speaking partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
In this integral role, you will facilitate seamless interaction through interpretation and translation services, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals, technical specifications, and business requirements. You will work closely with departments such as production, supply chain, marketing, and administration to ensure that language barriers do not hinder progress. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to maintain strong international relationships and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent command of Indonesian and/or English, possessing strong cultural awareness and exceptional communication skills. Experience in the FMCG industry or in a similar coordination role is highly advantageous. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate interpretation during meetings, conference calls, and site visits between Mandarin-speaking counterparts and local teams.
- Translate business correspondence, contracts, technical documents, and marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
- Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and partners to manage orders, shipments, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in cross-departmental projects by ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives among all parties.
- Maintain a repository of translated documents and glossaries to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports for international stakeholders.
- Facilitate cultural exchange and help resolve any language-related misunderstandings promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written), with strong command of Indonesian or English.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Business, Communications, or Chinese Language are a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a translation, coordination, or similar role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail in document management and project support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with translation tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
