Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import-export documentation including customs clearance, permits, and trade compliance
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and international partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Support quality control (QC) processes through documentation review and supplier audits
- Assist in administrative functions including data management, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Act as Mandarin-English liaison for cross-border communication and negotiations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes
- Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced operational environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trade management software
- Proactive problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn specialized industry-specific QA/QC standards
