Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, including contracts, orders, and client correspondence
- Prepare detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and presentation materials for management review
- Coordinate between sales team, logistics department, and clients to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
- Process sales orders, track inventory levels, and manage customer database updates
- Assist in developing sales strategies by analyzing market trends and customer feedback data
- Organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
- Support sales team through administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
