We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Mandarin Speaker to join our Manufacture and Equipment Department. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional translation and interpretation between Mandarin and Indonesian during daily operations, meetings, and technical discussions.
- Translate technical documents, blueprints, SOPs, and maintenance manuals related to manufacturing processes and heavy equipment.
- Assist in coordinating communication between Chinese management, engineers, and Indonesian production staff.
- Facilitate smooth procurement and logistics communication regarding machinery parts and materials.
- Monitor daily production reports and relay critical information accurately to relevant departments.
- Provide on-site interpretation support during site inspections, equipment maintenance checks, and safety drills.
- Ensure clear understanding of safety regulations and operational targets across all language barriers.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency) with excellent command of Indonesian.
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or technical translation is highly preferred.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to interpret complex technical information accurately under pressure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
