Are you a fluent Mandarin speaker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for global trade regulations? eClerx is seeking a dedicated Trade Compliance & Sanctions Specialist to join our project-based team in Ayala Alabang. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your linguistic skills to scrutinize global trade data, ensuring our clients remain compliant with ever-changing international sanctions and trade restrictions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive entity screening against global sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.) utilizing Mandarin language resources and specialized databases.
- Analyze trade documentation and financial records to identify potential compliance risks, red flags, and suspicious activities.
- Verify the legitimacy of business entities and individuals operating within Chinese-speaking markets.
- Communicate complex compliance findings and discrepancies to the project management team clearly and concisely.
- Update and maintain compliance databases with accurate screening results, case notes, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Research and interpret evolving international trade laws and regulatory frameworks to ensure continuous compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, sanctions regimes, and export control regulations.
- Previous experience in trade compliance, sanctions screening, or anti-money laundering (AML) operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to research and interpret complex regulatory frameworks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Professional communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations, trade finance, or logistics is a strong plus.
