Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Mandarin to provide service updates or information.
- Maintain an accurate database by documenting every interaction clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and service quality benchmarks.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and objections professionally and patiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve scripts and call handling techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies and data protection regulations during customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role is highly preferred.
