Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Mandarin to provide service updates or information.

  • Build rapport with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and objections professionally and patiently.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve scripts and call handling techniques.
  • Adhere to all company policies and data protection regulations during customer interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
