Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure full compliance with engineering designs and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and solve structural challenges encountered during the construction phase.
- Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Prepare detailed progress reports and conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
- Manage material procurement schedules and ensure efficient site resource allocation.
- Facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the broader project team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial or high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and safety standards in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS is highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be stationed or travel to project sites within the Johor region.
