Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality support to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle flight booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high attention to detail.
  • Resolve passenger complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex flight-related issues.
  • Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry-standard procedures.
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; English and Malay proficiency is an advantage.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
