The position requires Mandarin fluency to facilitate seamless communication with technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between global standards and local implementation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Mandarin-Chinese communications for technical documentation, training materials, and cross-departmental coordination
- Implement ERP system functionalities for inventory management and production workflows
- Monitor and report on ESG compliance metrics for environmental impact assessments
- Conduct IPQC inspections using advanced analytical tools for quality assurance
- Optimize IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations and data systems
- Support HR initiatives including Mandarin-language recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with Chinese parent company on technology transfer and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Native or professional-level Mandarin proficiency (verbal/written)
- Minimum 3 years experience in ERP implementation or system administration
- Certification in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB) or quality management systems
- Technical background in materials science, engineering, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience with IPQC protocols and statistical process control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Ability to work in multicultural teams with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
