Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the Mandarin-speaking market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and professional communication.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance product visibility and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in our tracking system.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5/6 or equivalent native fluency is preferred).
- Excellent command of Indonesian and/or English for internal communication.
- Proven experience in a sales, retail, or client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- High level of interpersonal skills, being outgoing, persuasive, and empathetic.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reside and work in Bali.
