Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process KYC documentation to ensure full compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide exceptional client support and handle inquiries in both Mandarin and English.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and prepare client reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training regarding financial products and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or Business level) and strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support or Client Services within the financial sector.
- Understanding of KYC procedures and general financial regulations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
