Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Mandarin language curriculum for students in Years 7-11
- Deliver interactive lessons that develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages language acquisition
- Integrate Chinese cultural elements into language teaching to enhance student engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular learning opportunities
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and language education trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Studies, Education, or related field
- Teaching qualification or certification (PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin language
- Strong command of English language for instructional purposes
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and language acquisition theories
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching Mandarin and promoting Chinese culture
