Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Mandarin language curriculum for preschool students
- Create engaging lesson plans using songs, stories, games, and interactive activities
- Teach Mandarin speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through structured play
- Assess student progress and maintain individual learning portfolios
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate Mandarin into daily activities
- Organize cultural events to enhance students' understanding of Chinese traditions
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Education, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to young children
- Certification in early childhood education or language teaching preferred
- Strong classroom management and creative teaching skills
- Patient and nurturing approach with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to design interactive and culturally rich learning materials
- Valid work permit for Indonesia if applicable
