Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or Mandarin Language
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency with excellent pronunciation
- Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching Mandarin to children or young adults
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Creative ability to design interactive learning materials
