Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging Mandarin lesson plans suited to various grade levels and learning styles.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare students for relevant language proficiency exams, such as HSK or YCT.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and participate in Chinese cultural events and school-wide activities.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve the Mandarin curriculum.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum HSK Level 5 or 6 certification or equivalent native-level proficiency.
- Previous experience teaching Mandarin in a school or education center environment is highly preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills with a patient and nurturing approach toward students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Ability to utilize modern teaching tools and digital platforms for classroom instruction.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative learning materials.
