- Develop teaching materials and resources that enhance the learning experience
- Monitor student attendance and participation, addressing any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistency in language instruction across levels
- Stay updated on best practices in language education and incorporate innovative teaching methods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese with excellent pronunciation
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in Mandarin language education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity in developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials
- Patient and adaptable teaching approach suitable for diverse learning styles
- Certification in language teaching or education is a plus
- Proficiency in using educational technology and language learning applications
