Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Mandarin language curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Deliver dynamic classroom instruction focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills
- Create immersive cultural experiences to enhance language learning and cultural understanding
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance curriculum integration and cross-cultural programs
- Organize Mandarin cultural events and language competitions for student engagement
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with parents and administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in language education
- Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to diverse age groups
- Strong knowledge of Mandarin pedagogy and contemporary teaching methodologies
- Cultural competency and experience with cross-cultural communication
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to integrate technology into language instruction effectively
