Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency with excellent command of grammar and pronunciation
- Minimum 2 years of Mandarin teaching experience in formal educational settings
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create inclusive learning environments
- Certification in language teaching (e.g., TCSOL, TESOL) or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
