In this role, you will create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment for Preschool and Kindergarten students, helping them develop their Mandarin language skills while fostering overall growth.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a Montessori setting and believes in the power of play-based learning. You will be responsible for designing interactive lessons that spark curiosity and ensure every child feels confident in their language abilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to preschool and kindergarten students.
- Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment that encourages language exploration.
- Utilize Montessori teaching methods to support individual learning styles and paces.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and daily activities.
- Assess student comprehension and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes cultural appreciation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mandarin Language, or related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency).
- Experience teaching young children (Preschool/Kindergarten).
- Montessori certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and patience in working with young learners.
