Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate Mandarin lesson plans for young learners.
- Create an engaging and immersive classroom environment that fosters a love for the Chinese language.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and interactive teaching techniques.
- Coordinate with the curriculum team to adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs.
- Organize and facilitate fun, culture-based activities and events for students.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and care within the learning center.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Passionate about working with children and experienced in early childhood education.
- Energetic, patient, and creative in designing lesson materials.
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to participate in professional development training and team outings.
