Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Mandarin language lesson plans tailored to various student proficiency levels.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions that focus on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Create and administer assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Integrate cultural nuances and contemporary Chinese topics into the curriculum to enhance learning.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and parents regarding academic development.
- Participate in educational program planning and extracurricular cultural events.
- Utilize modern teaching tools and technology to make learning interactive and accessible.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 certification preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Passionate about cross-cultural communication and student-centered learning.
- Adaptable, patient, and highly organized with strong classroom management skills.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat.
