Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin Language, Linguistics, or related field
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency with authentic pronunciation
- Minimum 2 years of teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers
- Strong classroom management skills with ability to engage diverse learners
- Experience developing age-appropriate lesson plans and assessment tools
- Certification in Mandarin language instruction (e.g., HSK teaching qualification)
