Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate Mandarin language curriculum for children aged 2-6
- Create immersive learning activities that integrate language acquisition with Montessori principles
- Monitor classroom safety and maintain a nurturing, organized learning environment
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and portfolio documentation
- Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and progress reports
- Participate in school events, cultural celebrations, and professional development workshops
- Collaborate with teaching team to align Mandarin instruction with overall school curriculum
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or related field preferred
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency with clear pronunciation
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching Mandarin to young children
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong classroom management skills with patience and creativity
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English/Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Montessori methodology highly desirable
- Passion for multicultural education and child development
