Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Facilitate language acquisition through interactive teaching methods, including multimedia, games, and cultural activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for the Mandarin language.
- Collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate student records and contribute to periodic academic reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Mandarin Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Mandarin, preferably in a K-12 environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical techniques and classroom management.
- Passionate about student development and multicultural education.
- Able to adapt to either full-time or part-time scheduling requirements.
