Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin language lesson plans for students of various proficiency levels.
- Utilize creative teaching methods to ensure active participation and effective learning.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic assessments.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
- Prepare instructional materials, visual aids, and lesson resources aligned with Xingle Mandarin's curriculum.
- Participate in team meetings, academic workshops, and continuous teacher training sessions.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic development and learning goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 certification is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian and/or English for clear communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Ability to work full-time in the Serpong area.
