Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective Mandarin language lessons tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools aligned with the centre's curriculum.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student development.
- Foster an interactive and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and academic goals.
- Participate in school events, training workshops, and curriculum development meetings to enhance teaching quality.
- Incorporate innovative teaching aids, including multimedia tools and games, to make learning more accessible and fun.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Education, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven teaching experience, ideally in a language school or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and passion for child development and pedagogy.
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
