Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to different student proficiency levels.
- Utilize effective teaching methodologies to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare students for HSK examinations by providing targeted practice and constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate academic records, and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Foster a positive and culturally immersive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and management regarding student development and performance.
- Incorporate innovative teaching aids and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum HSK 3 certification is required; higher levels are a distinct advantage.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers is highly preferred.
- Strong command of both Mandarin and Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passionate about cross-cultural education and student growth.
- Willingness to adapt to new curricula and teaching styles.
