Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored for young learners (early childhood education focus).
- Develop creative lesson plans and teaching materials that stimulate student interest and participation.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active language practice.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the school community.
- Utilize multimedia tools and teaching aids to enhance the overall learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mandarin Language Education or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Mandarin to young children or early education students.
- Strong command of the Mandarin language, including speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.
- Passionate, patient, and adaptable teaching style suitable for young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in teaching Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
