Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school events and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related subject.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 4 or above is preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Previous experience teaching Mandarin to elementary-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- A genuine passion for teaching and working with young learners.
