Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive Mandarin language curriculum for primary and secondary levels
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using communicative language teaching approaches
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Create culturally immersive learning experiences integrating language and Chinese traditions
- Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum alignment and resource development
- Maintain accurate student records and provide regular progress reports
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school cultural events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification/license (PGCE/BEd or equivalent)
- Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency with strong English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience teaching Mandarin to international students
- Familiarity with IB or national curriculum standards
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, student-centered learning environments
- Strong classroom management and differentiated instruction techniques
- Commitment to continuous professional development
