Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for supply chain management and technical procurement? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Technical Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our technical departments and international suppliers, ensuring that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with global standards.
As a key member of our operations team, you will handle complex sourcing requirements, negotiate technical specifications, and manage vendor relationships across Mandarin-speaking markets. This role offers a highly competitive salary of up to Php 200,000 per month and a stable dayshift schedule. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can handle high-stakes procurement tasks while maintaining clear communication in both Mandarin and English.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end technical procurement cycles, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with international suppliers in both Mandarin and English.
- Evaluate technical specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and manufacturing standards.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement costs and lead times.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and supply chain continuity.
- Draft and review procurement contracts, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities for audit and compliance purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of technical specs, logistics processes, and international shipping regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with global vendors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects within budget and timeline.
