Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate and timely interpretation and translation services for internal meetings, client negotiations, and supplier coordination.
- Translate business correspondence, reports, and technical documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist in business analysis by summarizing data and presenting insights to management in clear, professional language.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and resolving misunderstandings.
- Coordinate management activities, including scheduling, preparing briefing materials, and organizing travel itineraries.
- Ensure all translated materials adhere to legal standards and maintain the intended tone and context.
- Support the team in preparing presentation slides and executive summaries for board meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency) and excellent command of the Indonesian language.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business terminology, corporate culture, and management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Previous experience in a similar translation or administrative support role is highly preferred.
