Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex technical documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with precision
- Provide real-time interpretation during executive meetings, site visits, and negotiations
- Ensure cultural and contextual accuracy in all translations for business and legal contexts
- Support cross-functional teams in overcoming language barriers during international projects
- Maintain and update specialized terminology glossaries for mining and operations
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local Indonesian teams
- Assist in preparing bilingual presentations and training materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian
- Minimum 3 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Proven expertise in technical or industry-specific terminology (mining, engineering, or business preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Cultural understanding of Chinese and Indonesian business practices
- Ability to work independently in remote or on-site environments
