Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication between Chinese expatriate staff and local production teams.
- Translate technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production manuals from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice-versa).
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and on-site production briefings.
- Assist the management team in resolving misunderstandings to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Monitor production progress and report findings to both local and Chinese supervisors.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and technical instructions are correctly understood by all staff members.
- Maintain organized records of translated documents and communication logs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher preferred) and professional proficiency in Indonesian.
- Proven experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of technical or industrial terminology is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work comfortably with cross-cultural teams.
- Willingness to be stationed in Balaraja, Banten.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
