Tanggung Jawab
- Translate various business documents, including reports, contracts, and emails, ensuring accuracy and cultural nuance.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and negotiations with Mandarin-speaking clients or vendors.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication by acting as a liaison between the company and international partners.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Manage and organize translation archives and reference materials.
- Assist in the localization of marketing materials and internal communications.
- Respond to inquiries in Mandarin and ensure timely delivery of translated content.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Proven experience in translation or interpreting, preferably in a corporate or administrative setting.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation software tools.
