- Analyze and troubleshoot PCB malfunctions using diagnostic equipment
- Perform precise soldering and desoldering operations for component repairs
- Document repair processes and maintain technical service logs
- Order and manage electronic components inventory
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex repair solutions
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Train junior technicians on PCB repair methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB repair and diagnostics
- Proficiency in schematic reading and electronic component identification
- Certification in electronics technology or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of soldering techniques (SMT and through-hole)
- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repair tasks
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
