WESORT TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is a dynamic and fast-growing technology company currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mandarin Translator to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our international stakeholders and local operations, ensuring seamless communication and precise information flow.
The ideal candidate will possess native-level fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in Indonesian. You will be responsible for translating technical documentation, business correspondence, and verbal communication during meetings. We are looking for a proactive professional who can maintain cultural nuances while ensuring technical accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, manuals, and technical reports from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Provide high-quality verbal interpretation during internal meetings, training sessions, and external negotiations.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance of all translated materials.
- Assist departments in coordinating with Chinese-speaking partners or vendors to streamline operations.
- Maintain organized records of translated documents and project updates.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure it meets the company's professional communication standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve language barriers that impact project workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
- Native or C2-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 certification is a significant plus).
- Strong command of written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with translation software tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic office environment.
