Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documents, reports, and operational manuals between Mandarin and Indonesian accurately.
- Provide live interpretation services during meetings, on-site briefings, and collaborative training sessions.
- Act as a liaison between foreign management and local production teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of daily project updates, correspondence, and administrative paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translated verbal and written communications.
- Ensure that cultural nuances are properly addressed to prevent misunderstandings in a professional industrial context.
- Support general administrative tasks as required by the site management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
- Age requirement: 18 - 40 years old.
- Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage cross-cultural interactions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure in an industrial environment.
- Ability to adapt to the specific terminologies used in the metal industry is a plus.
- Discipline, integrity, and a professional attitude toward work responsibilities.
- Willingness to be based in Weda, Maluku Utara.
