Qinfa Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mandarin Translator (现场翻译) to join our team in Kalimantan Selatan. In this critical role, you will act as the primary bridge for communication between our local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless interaction, accurate information exchange, and cultural alignment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for operational and management teams.
- Accompany management during site visits, meetings, and project inspections to facilitate clear communication.
- Translate technical documents, reports, and correspondence accurately to ensure all parties remain aligned with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding all internal business matters and project data.
- Assist in bridging cultural communication gaps to foster a collaborative working environment between teams.
- Draft meeting minutes and official summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the administration department to resolve daily operational communication bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter (fresh graduates with high proficiency are welcome to apply).
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent) and Indonesian is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to be placed and work on-site in Kalimantan Selatan.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle technical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
