Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation services (Mandarin-Indonesian-English) for management and operational teams.
- Translate technical documents, reports, and administrative correspondence with high accuracy.
- Facilitate effective communication during meetings, site visits, and negotiations to ensure clear understanding between parties.
- Act as a cultural consultant to support cross-cultural collaboration and resolve communication barriers.
- Prepare and update bilingual manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project progress reports.
- Accompany expatriate staff during site operations to ensure safety protocols and instructions are clearly communicated.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics regarding all translated materials and discussions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in an industrial or mining setting.
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or 6 preferred) and strong fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and translation software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote location and adapt to diverse operational environments.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
